Mobideo, founded in 2000, is a leading provider of mobile enterprise systems and cutting-edge products aimed at streamlining mobile workforce processes.

Mobideo offers Guide, an online, mobile MRO knowledge system that brings up-to-date technical data and work assignments to the point of service.

The system extends the reach of existing aviation ERP and technical documentation systems currently located in offices to the flightline and depot. While in the field, Guide MobileTM users, who follow a step-by-step workflow, leave behind a trail of in-depth information including task completion times, successes and failures, and procedures. The data is then sent back to Guide's servers in real time, enabling managers to maintain a bird's-eye view of all maintenance activity and relevant statistical reports.

Guide significantly improves transparency throughout the MRO work cycle and optimizes work processes. The system benefits include:

  • Increase aircraft safety
  • Increase aircraft readiness and availability
  • Reduce operational costs
  • Improve maintenance schedule planning
  • Improve customer service
